Dragons Den

As part of the Highland and Moray Young Enterprise Competition, we went to Nairn to present our initial ideas for our products to the 'Dragons' for feedback and the possibility of winning some funding. We also listened to other teams presentations and managed to get a feel of the competition and what we were up against. After all of the teams had presented their ideas and lunch, the teams were asked to produce and act out an advert for their ideas and present them to the 'Dragons', so they got a feel of how we would advertise our product.

While the 'Dragons' decided on how much funding each team would receive and produce some feedback, all the teams received a presentation from a local businesswoman on how to market products effectively.

The 'Dragons' then presented their feedback to each team and awarded them their funding, Fortrose Venture was delighted to receive £90 from the Dragons and some helpful and constructive feedback. Overall it was a great day and thank you to Highland and Moray Young Enterprise for putting on the day!
