What is my role?

HR Director within our Young Enterprise company, my job is to motivate and look after the team by making sure everyone is happy in their role and resolve any conflict that may arise within the team.

 

What does YE mean to me?

Young Enterprise to me is a great experience to further my knowledge of the running of a business and help me to get some practical experience as well.
