What is my role?

My role as finance director is to ensure that our spending is kept under control and our finances are accurate and always kept up to date. I work with Operations to discuss ordering of materials and overheads to ensure our unit cost is reasonable to make a healthy profit. 

 

What do I want from YE?

I wanted to be part of Young Enterprise because I wanted to experience  what it is like to run our very own business
